RESPECT FOR TIME AND THE EARTH
Our soil, composed of sand and brown clay resulting from the degradation of sedimentary rocks formed 250 to 300 million years ago, bears witness to a deep past rooted in the Permian era. Our red clay-limestone soil is carefully preserved, and the night-time harvests, carried out at optimal ripeness, reveal all the freshness, tension, and finesse of the fruit. This discreet care gives birth to pure and balanced wines, sincere reflections of our terroir and our vision of wine.

The vineyard is a fragile ecosystem that we carefully protect. Our donkeys, chickens, and peacock contribute to the natural maintenance of the soil and promote rich biodiversity. At the heart of this preserved environment, the endemic Hermann's tortoise finds refuge. Thanks to the energy self-sufficiency ensured by our solar panels, we limit our carbon footprint.
