A very expressive nose, marked by a beautiful aromatic freshness. Dominated by delicate aromas of white flowers, particularly jasmine, it seduces with its elegance and finesse.
When aerated, it opens with sweeter notes, evoking exotic fruits.
The attack on the palate is smooth and delicious.
The aromas gain in complexity, revealing muscat nuances, before ending with a beautiful saline and distinctive signature.

Winemaking

Picked in the cool of the night, our grapes retain the intensity of their aromas and the energy of their terroir.
Upon arrival at the cellar, the harvest is gently refreshed, as if to prolong the freshness of dawn.
A delicate pressing under nitrogen protection allows the juice to be extracted with finesse, without contact with air, while respecting the purity of the fruit.
The juices then rest in the cold, to clarify naturally, before a slow fermentation, between 15 and 20°C, reveals their full expression.
Each gesture is precise, measured, guided by the desire to let the grapes speak. A light and sterile filtration completes this process, for a clean bottling, faithful to the winemaker's intention.
